Terms and conditions:

Please check all the descriptions on the quotation that was emailed to you. If anything is wrong and/or not clear, let us know and we will correct the fault. This might increase or decrease the final quota. If the change affects the quota price we will email you a new quota for approval. Please use the "Approved" button in the email. Then an invoice will automatically be sent to you by email, including information on how to pay.
Once the description list is approved by you any changes made by you after work has started may affect the offered total price.

We always specify every single task. This is to achieve transparency between us and the customer. This also means that anything not specified in the quote is not included in the offered price. For that reason, please carefully study all the specifications.

Payment:

Before work starts, we require a 50% deposit payment in advance. If the first payment is delayed, the start to work date will be changed to the new date upon agreement. When work is finished and approved by you, the other 50% must be paid immediately.

If the total quotation amount exceeds 100.000 there will be three payments. The first one is in advance as a deposit of 40%. The second payment with 30%, when work is halfway done, is calculated on the estimated total number of days to work. The last one will be paid with 20% same day as worked finished and approved by the customer.

Disclaimer:

We will set up a start day for work and an estimated period. If that date must be changed for reasons that we can not control, a new date will be agreed upon. There will be no compensation in such a case.
All material used comes as standard equipment. If customers want a higher standard there will be an extra charge. Please note that we almost never use the cheapest quality. In some cases the cheapest material and/or equipment is good enough, we will choose that one. We put quality and long-lasting work done above achieving the lowest costs.
